January - Soap Making & Lunch
We're taking a soap making class at The Blended Essentials in Severna Park. Join us for the class and lunch. Thank you Ann for setting this up!
February - Super Bowl Party
We'll be meeting at the home of Lisa and Howard for an evening of great food, laugh-out-loud commercial breaks, and awesome football action on the big screen. You don't want to miss this!
March - Maple Syrup Festival at Cunningham State Park
Our group is heading out to the park for live music, demonstrations, and pancakes with maple syrup! We're also planning an optional easy hike and a group lunch.
April - Lunch and Longwood Gardens Visit
Join us for lunch and a visit to Longwood Gardens for their Spring Bloom season. Tickets to the gardens will sell out fast so don't delay!
May - Kinetic Sculpture Race (sponsored by the Visionary Art Museum)
Join us for the Baltimore Kinetic Sculpture Race. This year's theme is Everyday People. However, spectators tend to dress otherwise in outlandish, goofy outfits. If you got it, wear it!
May - Annapolis Walking Tour
June - Kayaking
Come out and kayak one of the lovely coves at Dundee Creek for an hour, then we'll eat lunch at Alice's - a local family restaurant. Or just join us for lunch.
July - Potluck Dinner & Game Night
Bring some food and your favorite game to Dan and Denise's home for a night of group gaming. It's no wonder why this is one of our most highly attended events. Everyone wins when you're having this much fun.
September - Pool Party & Barbecue
It's the most wonderful time of the year at the home of Marci and Mitch. Cool off in the pool, hang out with friends, and treat yourself to Mitch's incredible grill skills.
September - Mediterranean Food Festival
Join us in a celebration of culture, music, and delicious food! Enjoy wonderful authentic Mediterranean flavors, folk music, dancing, and much more! This event was scheduled after the 2023 annual planning session.
September - Mini Golf & Dinner
Come out for a round of mini-golf, then join us for dinner at El Gran Pollo.
October - Axe Throwing & Dinner
Join us for some safe axe-throwing "therapy" in Bel Air. No experience necessary since Crabby Axe Throwing provides a coach. We'll then head over to Greek Village Restaurant for dinner.
November - Planning Lunch (members only)
This is the most important event of the year. Once again, we will be creating the events schedule for next year. We need every member’s input to make next year’s schedule the best yet. Bring your ideas and be ready to brainstorm.
December - Ethnic Dinner
Come out and dine with us at An Poitin Stil in Timonium on December 16. They have a cozy atmosphere and are a reflection of true Irish hospitality. Join us for an evening of food and cocktails. Click here for details.
