Kayaking and Lunch
When: June 20, 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 11:00am
Where: Lake Marburg at Codorus State Park
Location: 1 Marina Dr, Hanover, PA 17331
Lake Marburg is a beautiful body of water in Codorus State Park and covers 1,275 acres with 26 miles of shoreline. We'll meet at AOS Marina at 11am to sign the waiver and get started. The tentative plan is to go out for two hours, but if the group prefers a shorter rental, we can discuss this when we gather that morning. Be sure to bring a snack, water, and sunscreen. Don't forget your driver's license since the marina will hold it during the rental period.
Restrooms are available at the marina.
Single kayak rental is $17 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour.
Tandem kayak rental is $25 for the first hour and $13 for each additional hour.
Once we return the kayaks, we'll pick a spot in the park to have a picnic lunch. Bring your own drink, snack, sandwich, etc.

Boordy Vineyards - Saturday Soiree
When: July 11, 2026 Time: 4:00pm Location: 12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, Maryland, 21082 We were planning to meet on the lawn around 4pm and get settled in. There is no entrance fee, so the start time can be more fluid. |

If anyone wants to get there earlier or later, they certainly can do that. Bring a picnic dinner and/or get something at the Lib’s Grill food truck or treats from The Creamery. In case of rain, there is the Boordy Barn to go into, but you can’t bring in outside food.
The Saturday Soirees are from 1:30-8:30. Music is from 1:30-4:30 and 5:30-8:30.
