2018 No Kidding! Events
Here's a list of what we've done and what we're doing this year.
January - Escape Room
Are you smart enough, brave enough, and fast enough to get out! There is only one way to know. Join us for an afternoon of intense and exciting fun.
February - Super Bowl Party
We'll be meeting at the home of Lisa and Howard for an evening of great food, laugh-out-loud commercial breaks, and awesome football action on a big screen TV. You don't want to miss this!
March - Pot Luck Dinner and Game Night
Bring some food and your favorite game to Charla and Bill's home for a night of group gaming. It's no wonder why this is one of our most highly attended events. Everyone wins when you're having this much fun.
April - Washington Monument & Memorials Moonlight Tour
Come on out for a night of good ole' American patriotism. We'll sit down for some excellent food and drinks first. Then our guided tour gets underway at 9pm.
May - Annapolis Food Tour
Foodies unite! We're off to our state capitol to check out several local restaurants. Thanks to Patti and Rob for setting up an incredible evening of food and fun.
June - Local Kayaking
Childfree at sea. We're heading out on the calm side of the Chesapeake bay for a quiet morning of gentle kayaking. Later, we'll head over to a local favorite seafood restaurant for an unforgettable lunch.
July - Winterthur Museum and Garden Tour
We're touring the charming and picturesque Witherthur house as well as the expansive gardens developed by the Dupont family in Delaware. Come out and enjoy a memorable day in a beautiful place.
August - Pool Party and Barbecue
It's the most wonderful time of the year at the home of Marci and Mitch. Cool off in the pool, hang out with friends, and treat yourself to Mitch's incredible grill skills.
September - Annapolis Historic Walking Tour
Patti & Rob have planned a fun day for us in Annapolis. The 2 hour and 15 minute tour includes various landmarks in the Annapolis Historic District, the Maryland State House, and an abbreviated look at the U.S. Naval Academy.
October - Wyndridge Farm Craft Beers & Hard Cider Tour and Lunch
We'll tour Wyndridges's beer and hard cider processing followed by lunch in the brewery. Samples of Wyndridge's beers and ciders will be available. For anyone interested, dessert and games will follow at the home of Marci and Mitch.
November - 2019 Events Planning Lunch (* Members Only)
This is the most important event of the year. Once again, we will be creating the events schedule for next year. We need every member’s input to make next year’s schedule the best yet. Bring your ideas and be ready to brainstorm.

November - Ethnic Dinner at Thai One On
This restaurant is a merger of two restaurants right next to each other: Thai One On and San Sushi Too. Their chefs are known for their highly imaginative creations, like their signature “Dynamite Roll”, and the famous Terp Roll - crispy shrimp tempura/avocado rolled up with creamy crab meat with roe and teriyaki sauce on top.
December - Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum
We'll spend the day checking out two large hangars which display thousands of aviation and space artifacts, including a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird, a Concorde, and the Space Shuttle Discovery.
